COLLECT
At Extreme Management, we understand how challenging it can be to manage assessments as well as inspect and report property violations. That’s why our community managers have these tasks built in to their routines.

We know that association boards need to do two things when it comes to homeowner debts:

Lower the rate of delinquent accounts

Increase the proportion of recovered debts

We help track accounts from the day of delinquency, through the lien and foreclosure stages. Regular property inspections are included in your community manager’s role. They report violations of the covenants, rules and regulations and design standards – according to the policy of the Board. When an issue is noted, they will provide notice to the homeowners whose properties are out of compliance and will work with the homeowners to resolve the issue.
