Sharon Brown
OWNER & PARTNER
Sharon was instrumental in building one of the largest collection companies in the State of Florida and managed a large sales team across multiple states. After 9 successful years with that company, the owners made the decision to sell. Having worked together with associations, Sharon knew her passion was to continue to service these associations. Sharon took the next step and built a management company that bridged the communication gap between the membership, Board of Directors and the Management company: Extreme Management Team. Sharon’s passion and mission is to provide a great working environment for her team and make each association feel like they are their only client. Sharon serves as board President for a 105-unit condominium association in Ormond Beach, sharing her passion and expertise with that membership. Sharon and her husband Rich run the daily operations of the company.

Robert Oldro
COO, LCAM
Robert brings nearly 30 years of experience in project management and business administration to Extreme's team. As the former COO of several privately owned companies, he was responsible for sales and operations, including end-to-end management of their supply chain, sales activities, personnel, and logistics. Robert's problem-solving skills and knowledge of our industry coupled with his expertise with our managing software make him an invaluable asset to Extreme's team and clients.

Keri Oldro
REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Keri has an associate degree in business administration and serves as a Regional Operations Manager with the Extreme Management Team. With years of experience in business administration, accounting and customer relations, Keri’s goal is to provide exceptional service to all clients. As a dedicated team member, Keri brings her skill of being extremely detail orientated and resourceful in the completion of all tasks. Making each day easier for our Board of Directors and owners. Keri oversees the day-to-day operations of Extreme’s accounting team and leads our financials department with integrity and grace. You will find her positive attitude another great asset while working with her.

Karie Clearwater
SENIOR MANAGER - LCAM
Karie Clearwater has been a licensed community association manager since 2009. Prior to moving to the central Florida area, she worked for an office that included a general contractor, a steel contractor, development companies and several commercial condominium associations for over 20 years. She has been involved with associations from the planning stages, permitting, construction, sales, turnover and final management. Karie has been a portfolio HOA manager for the last two years. Karie’s favorite part of the job is helping her Boards create safe and beautiful communities for homeowners to enjoy.

With over 25 years of experience in the fields of accounting and human resource management, Diane is a seasoned professional known for exceptional financial acumen and strategic leadership. As the Director of Finance, Diane has successfully steered associations through complex financial landscapes. A visionary leader with a strong commitment to excellence, Diane continues to inspire her team, while ensuring financial stability for our communities. Diane’s attention to detail is the reason our clients receive accurate and timely financials.
